Colton turns 3!

Our sweet Colton turned 3 on December 17 and we had a family party for him at our house! Grandma and Gradpa came. Great Grandma Dodie and Great Grandpa Bill came. Aunt Kate and Uncle Chris and Aunt Carley and uncle Dakota came. It was a fun party!!!

The evening of Colton's birthday party, we had our church's Christmas program.

Colton, his brother and his sister sang to us during the children's program and we loved hearing their sweet voices!

Kylie played a song on the piano, and she did wonderful!

During his bday party, Colton opened lots of fun presents...

...gave lots of hugs...

...ate lots of sweets...

...and he listened to all of us sing Happy Birthday to him!

2011 was a good year for Colton. He grew a lot. His big blue eyes got bigger and bluer, and his blond hair remained blond--to the amazement of all of us. We believe he takes after his GreatGandfather, William Hoben(aka gpa Bill)

In 2011, Colton cheered on the St. Louis Cardinals who became world champions,

he was a fire fighter for Halloween,

he enjoyed a trip to the Barnyard Blooms for the fall activities (corn maze, pumpkin patch, apple launcher, etc)

and he did lots of fun things at gma and gpa's house!

In 2011, Colton played lots of fun boy games with his brother,

...and he "helped" mom and Kylie in the kitchen when we had the courage to let him do so ;-)

We love you so much Colton Bryan Hoben!

We pray 2012 is just as good as 2011 and you continue to grow into a handsome, kind, loving, tough little man!
